What you'll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers' priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement.
You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
You will:
* Assist in coordinating efficiencies across our business regionally and globally through the use of Automation & AI tools
* Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
* Skilled in Python syntax, data types, loops, exception handling, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles is non-negotiable.
* Strong working knowledge of Python automation libraries - Pandas, Numpy, OpenPyXL.
* Working knowledge of Power Automate or similar process automation tools.
* Prior experience using Power-BI is essential
* Experience with large scale data analysis.
* Strong debugging skills to pinpoint failures using logs, error codes and screen shots.
Desirable Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a similar qualification
