What you'll achieve
We are seeking a Technical Staff - AI Architect to help shape the future of our intelligent systems.
This role is designed for a versatile engineer who thrives in the "grey area" between raw data and finished AI products.
You will be responsible for driving the architectural vision of our AI initiatives while ensuring the underlying data foundation is robust, secure, and high-quality.
If you are a high-level problem solver who can navigate evolving requirements and build systems that adapt to the fast-moving AI landscape, we want to talk to you.
You will:
* Lead initiatives, influence organizational strategy, and solve complex problems cross-functionally across CSG
* Architect Agentic AI solutions and AI-Ready data foundations enabling agent reasoning, memory, retrieval, planning, and tool-use across complex systems.
* Design governed data models, vector stores, and metadata layers optimized for LLM context, feedback loops, and inference-time enrichment.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
* Strong development/programming experience in .NET, Modern Cloud Technologies.
Advanced system design knowledge and experience
* Proven experience designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning
* Experience partnering with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize AI-ready data foundations at scale
* 10+ years of software development experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The salary range for this position is $224,000 - $308,000.
