Role Overview

HPE Networking is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Security Operations to lead our Detection & Response, Enterprise Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) teams.

This role reports to the Sr Director, CloudOps and Security and will define and execute our security operations strategy while building high-performing teams that protect HPE Networking cloud assets.
You will oversee security operations for AI-powered SaaS platforms built on cloud-native architectures across AWS and GCP, ensuring production stability, system reliability, and operational excellence across large-scale distributed systems.
