Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements, objectives, and scope.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project management technologies and industry best practices.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Due to federal requirements all candidates must be US Citizens.
Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
- Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to pass a government-sponsored clearance process for a position of Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; equivalent years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills in addition to a strong attention to details.
- Skilled in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Projects.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous NETL experience.
- Scrum Master skills.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, documentation, and presentations skills.
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships with the client and teams across the enterprise.
