Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) - Sign-on Bonus: $6,000 for Full-Time partners

Join a dedicated team at NHC Healthcare Murfreesboro, located just 40 miles southeast of Nashville.

We are seeking a compassionate nursing leader who is truly passionate about serving the geriatric population.

In this role, you will lead a team of nursing professionals, overseeing patient care and supervising staff nurses and CNAs to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of service.

Requirements


* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.


* Current unencumbered Tennessee nursing license.


* Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing.


* Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the management team to develop and implement nursing policies.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate patient assessments and personalized care plans.

Maintain consistent communication with patients and families, encouraging their involvement in care decisions.

Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts for nursing staff.

Supervise and mentor nursing partners to maintain excellence on the unit.
