As an Executive Director, Product Delivery in Client Onboarding and Service and the Product and Transformation team, you lead a multi-year transformation that turns strategy into shipped outcomes and designs an operating model that connects discovery to delivery.
You orchestrate large-scale releases, embed risk and controls into how we plan, build, test, and run products, and champion progressive delivery practices to increase release frequency while improving reliability and recovery.
You align investments, people, and platforms so clients experience faster time to value and stronger service, while we use clear decision rights, transparent governance, and actionable metrics to guide priorities and continuous improvement.
You coach teams, foster a culture of accountability and craftsmanship, and work across product, engineering, operations, and controls to remove blockers and deliver measurable impact.
Job Responsibilities:
* Direct the principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey-intake, dependency management, release and deployment, and product operationalization-with a focus on feasibility and readiness.
* Maintain a transparent portfolio view of timelines, cross-team dependencies, and environmental constraints; identify and resolve blockers early.
* Monitor product performance and delivery flow; translate insights into efficiency gains and coordination improvements.
* Own and continuously improve the change management framework across functional partners, integrating risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead collaborative forums on resource planning, dependency risk, and deployment techniques; ensure fit-for-purpose environments and tooling.
* Coach the product delivery organization on best practices in product lifecycle management, SDLC, DevOps, and service management.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and outcome orientation across COS and P&T.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* 8+ years delivering complex products, platforms, or enterprise technology in regulated environments, with significant experience in operational management and change readiness.
* Proven leadership of enterprise-wide release and deployment practices; demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and production readiness at scale.
* Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and SDLC; strong technical acumen across architecture and design, CI/CD, testing automation, and service operations.
* Proficiency in data and analytics to inform prioritization, measure performance, and drive decisions.
