We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead Credit & Collections across the Argentina region.

This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial performance by optimizing receivables, mitigating risk, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cash flow and operational excellence.
Job Objective:
Manage and optimize credit and collections processes in the Argentina region entities, ensuring the financial health of receivables, mitigating default risks, and ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulatory policies.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead credit and collections activities in the 3 countries, focusing on reducing DSO and overdue; contributing to cash generation.
• Evaluate and approve credit limits based on risk analysis and customer history.
• Monitor and report financial KPIs (DSO, Bad Debt, Overdue; A/R risk exposure) by entity and consolidated.
• Coordinate collection actions with local team and law firms when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between commercial, business finance, accounting and compliance areas.
• Implement improvements in credit and collections processes, including automation and digitization, according to the Global footprint.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and local regulations in each country.
• Support internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
• Manage credit insurance policy and other guarantees received from customers.
• Close relationship with customers including local visits.
• Prepare and lead Credit Committees whose participants are senior management of the entity

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Postgraduate or MBA in Finance, Risk Management, or related areas (preferred).
• Solid experience in credit and collections, preferably in multinational companies.
• Deep knowledge of financial and regulatory practices in the responsible countries.
• Solid experience in credit risk management and collection process of transactional, project, solution and service sales.
• Experience with SAP (finance and accounting modules)
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and intercultural communication skills.
• Leadership and management capabilities for multicultural teams.
