Connected Services Hub BI Lead & Data Quality Steward

Key Responsibilities

BI Ownership & Delivery


* Own end-to-end CSH BI (roadmap, delivery, operations, adoption).



* Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards, datasets, and data pipelines.



* Integrate multiple CSH data sources (e.g.

IoT/Advisor data, AMS, WRMS, offers, provisioning, analytics data).

Data Quality Stewardship


* Act as the Data Quality Steward for CSH BI.



* Monitor data quality and KPI accuracy; identify gaps and risks.



* Lead root-cause analysis and data quality improvement actions.



* Ensure accuracy of data behind KPIs, in coordination with Process and Data Owners.

Product & Stakeholder Management


* Translate business needs into BI requirements and priorities.



* Manage BI backlog, roadmap, and continuous improvement.



* Drive BI adoption and usage across CSH Factory and Services teams.

Collaboration with Digital & R&D


* Interface with SE Digital and R&D for data access, issue resolution, and fixes.



* Report, track, and validate BI and data quality issues.



* Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and access rules.

Required


* Strong hands-on experience in BI / analytics development.



* Proven experience managing BI products or platforms (roadmap, prioritization, stakeholders).



* Solid background in data quality management and root-cause analysis.



* Ability to work across business, process, and technical teams.

Preferred


* Experience with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and complex system landscapes.



* Exposure to AI / advanced analytics data readiness topics.

Success Indicators


* High trust in CSH KPIs and BI outputs.



* Reduced data quality issues impacting reporting.



* Strong adoption of BI by CSH teams.



* Clear, single ownership of CSH BI and data quality.
