Brookdale Highlands is looking for a Maintenance Director.

We are a 98 unit community, 74 units in assisted living and 24 units in memory care.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all buildings and grounds to ensure they are safe, clean, and fully operational.

This position supervises scheduled maintenance activities, responds to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner, and troubleshoots basic plumbing and electrical issues as needed.

The Maintenance Director also plays a key role in training maintenance staff, managing the housekeeping team, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
