Brookdale is seeking an experienced Senior Living Leader to join our team in the Sarasota, FL area as part of our Brookdale Bench Program.

With 2+ years of senior living leadership experience, you'll oversee community operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy growth.

Must have senior living/memory care experience and be flexible for placement within the district.

We often hire 'bench' positions to 'build strength' in our very important Executive Director roles.

This allows the 'trainee' to work directly with multiple experienced ED's and operational leaders.

This role is to 'hire ahead of need'.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
