We are currently seeking Flight Operations, Manager.


* Key Responsibilities
+ Plan and coordinate flight operations ensuring efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance.
+ Implement policies and operational standards defined by the General Management.
+ Oversee the safe, economical, and efficient execution of all air operations.
+ Ensure the correct use of aircraft, crew and operational resources.
+ Monitor operational performance (takeoffs, delays, cancellations, etc.).
+ Manage compliance with DGAC, ICAO and IATA standards.
+ Coordinate training and development of operational personnel.
+ Oversee operational manuals, technical documentation, and regulatory updates.
+ Maintain high standards of operational safety and quality of service.
+ Manage relationships with aeronautical authorities and external suppliers.
+ Control resources and operational support at bases and airports
+ Lead operations teams and ensure their performance
 Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
+ University studies 
+ Minimum 5 years of management experience in air operations.
+ ATP license
+ FAA license 
+ Knowledge of Civil Aviation Law and regulations
+ Solid knowledge in management and operations
+ Proficiency in the English language – Level 5
+ Leadership skills focused on respect and results
+ Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Accustomed to working under pressure
+ Must hold a U.S.
