CNA Pay Rates & Sign-On Bonuses


* AM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus


* PM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus


* NOC Shift: $24/hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time only)

CNA Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Take and record vital signs accurately


* Maintain a clean and safe environment


* Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

CNA Requirements


* Active California CNA certification required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
