Position Details


* Status: Full-Time


* Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour


* Schedule: Varies (may include weekends and holidays)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility.

In this role, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities


* Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and message handling


* Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures


* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed


* Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable


* Assist with scheduling and other clerical duties

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
