Your Clinical Impact

As a leader in our rehabilitation department, you will:


* Design Independence: Create evidence-based treatment plans focused on regaining ADL proficiency.


* Mentor & Lead: Supervise COTAs and provide clinical guidance to the nursing restorative team.


* Collaborate: Drive holistic recovery through active participation in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Reviews.


* Master Documentation: Maintain precise, compliant evaluations and notes for seamless care transitions.
