Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our care team.
Position Summary

The Restorative Nursing Assistant supports the nursing team by providing restorative care to residents, helping them maintain or improve their physical abilities and independence.

This role works closely with therapy and nursing staff to deliver consistent, quality care.
Responsibilities


* Assist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed


* Support ambulation, range of motion exercises, and ADLs


* Encourage resident participation in therapy-based activities


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Maintain accurate documentation of services provided


* Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification (required)


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to follow care plans and restorative programs


* Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
