Production Associate

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated is now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Mt.

Wolf, PA!

Starting Pay:


* $21.93 per hour


* 2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour = $23.93


* 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour = $22.93

Shift:

Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, including overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.


* Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift


* The first week of orientation will be o n 1st shift (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)


* Assigned shift will be communicated after orientation

Shift Hours:


* 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM


* 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (startup on Sunday nights)

What You Will Do


* Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets


* Monitor and enter data into computer control systems


* Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production


* Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area


* Work as part of a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals


* Operate and/or work around mobile equipment


* Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment


* Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a loud, industrial, high-volume manufacturing environment

* Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry or a fast-paced manufacturing environment
