Job Description

Responsible for executing, validating and communicating nationally the correct function of the different benefits such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, optional insurance, loans from savings box and savings box,
among others.

Responsibilities



* Ensure the correct operation of the Savings Box, being the link between the supplier and AutoZone for daily operation.


* Responsible for the execution of the activities of the Annual Wellness Plan for CAT.

Ensure the execution of the Annual Plan budget in the CAT.

Coordinate with the Welfare providers the execution of the required activities.


* Participate in the administration of the annual process of Medical Expenses, Life Insurance and Options, providing and analyzing information in the renewal, ensuring the operation of the system, coordinating with the implant the timely creation of movements.


* Ensure the proper functioning of the Savings Fund, being the link between the provider and AutoZone for daily operation.


* Ensure the execution of payments to suppliers through the loading of payments in the system and follow-up with the accounts payable area.

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Administration


* Two to three years.


* Experience in benefits administration, event planning, career coordination.
