Scrum Master

What will you do:


* Guide and coach cross-functional teams in Scrum framework implementation, ensuring sprint goals are met and agile practices are followed


* Foster transparent communication while facilitating Scrum events including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives


* Remove impediments, manage external interference, and create an environment where teams can achieve their highest potential


* Drive continuous improvement by promoting best practices, sharing industry trends, and helping teams adapt to rapid change


* Support Product Owners and development teams in backlog management and clear goal setting
