What will be your mission?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Director and HRBPs in various strategic and operational activities.

As part of the HR team, you will:


* Support the monitoring and updating of HR dashboards, including key performance indicators, workforce distribution, and age demographics


* Assist HRBPs in the implementation of HR initiatives across different departments


* Contribute to the preparation of works council meetings and other employee representative bodies


* Participate in collective and engagement projects, such as volunteering activities, solidarity actions, and CSR initiatives

What student are we looking for?



* Language: Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English.


* Education: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or a related field.


* Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter and proactive attitude.


* Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder.
