* Basic Qualifications:


* Associate of Applied Science in Welding Technology, Industrial Technology, or other welding related field.


* Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar process related to TIG welding.


* Minimum 2 years of experience in training TIG welders.


* Experience in TIG welding materials including nickel, cobalt, or stainless-steel alloys


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.



* Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or Welding Engineering Technology.


* Advanced TIG welding experience including the ability to train personnel.


* Good PC skills, written & verbal communication skills, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills.


* Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.


* Ability to think through complex development projects and identify gaps in plans, risks, and opportunities with the boldness to elevate when necessary.


* Must be self-driven with outstanding organization skills, self-discipline, and an acute sense of urgency.


* Proficient in all Office 365 applications.


* Strong analytical abilities.
