What You’ll Bring:
Required
* Currently pursuing a degree in business, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Comfort working with spreadsheets and data analysis
* High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Preferred
* Experience researching, analyzing, or working with structured data
* Exposure to technical or analytical writing
* Interest in consulting, environmental services, or data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality project support across multiple deadline-driven assignments
* Assist with business, environmental, and consulting projects across various ERM service lines
* Conduct research; compile, review, and evaluate data; and support data-based insights
* Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and production
* Support project teams with logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and process improvement efforts
* Ensure all deliverables meet ERM’s formatting, quality, and professionalism standards
For the Intern position, the anticipated hourly pay is $15 – $20 (USD).
