Account Executive, Direct Sales - Finland

What you'll achieve
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field across Finland and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will act as a senior, consultative sales leader for our AI, datacenter and infrastructure portfolio, shaping customers' strategy and driving significant growth across your territory.

You will:


* Develop an in-depth understanding of Finnish customers' business, AI ambitions and solution requirements


* Drive AI, datacenter and infrastructure growth across the Dell Technologies portfolio, including servers, storage, networking, software, security and services, with a particular emphasis on AI platforms, AI-enabled solutions and modern datacenter architectures


* Run your Finnish territory and/or named accounts end to end, including account planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and engaging cross-functional resources (pre-sales, services, alliances, partners) to ensure alignment across the organization


* Regularly engage with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders at client facilities in Finland, providing thought leadership on AI, data strategy and infrastructure modernization


* Provide sales leadership and coaching on large, sophisticated AI and datacenter opportunities, orchestrating virtual and local teams to win complex deals

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* 8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions, including a strong track record in infrastructure, datacenter and/or AI-related solutions, preferably in the Finnish market


* Proven success in new business development and expansion within existing accounts, with significant deal sizes and complex sales cycles


* Extraordinary customer management and strategic, consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape customers' AI and infrast...
