What you'll achieve
You will manage all sales operations for an organization or business while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at a strategic level.
You will:
* Lead a high-performing CSG sales team as a hands-on leader.
Actively engage in key customer conversations and deals while driving execution, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Translate CSG strategy into clear sales plans, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and strong account execution.
Personally support major pursuits and foster cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.
* Maintain strong market insight across the client solutions space, leveraging trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inspire innovative approaches to customer engagement.
* Coach and develop talent, promote an inclusive high-performance culture, and lead the team confidently through transformation and change.
* Represent Dell at the regional level, providing leadership oversight and ensuring alignment across country-specific initiatives.

Essential Requirements
* 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of management/leadership experience
* High level of solutions and technical knowledge
* Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
* Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
