As an experienced Federal Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating, memorializing and administering FAR Part 12 commercial item engagements of varying complexity.

You will review, analyze, and negotiate sales agreements with some of Dell's largest Federal customers in the U.S.

and Dell's network of resellers.

Deals will involve public sector terms and conditions and procurement rules, intellectual property, resellers, and commercial contract law.

You will:


* Interact effectively with senior management as both an advisor and business leader


* Lead negotiations for the sale of information technology products (such as computers, servers, storage, cloud and software) and services (such as managed and professional services)


* Work with Government business practices, intellectual property, resellers, leasing companies, and commercial contract law


* Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, legal, tax, and services to ensure that agreements adequately protect Dell's interests


* Review and provides input on terms and conditions contained in RFx documents


* Draft and review government contracting forms, documents and agreements (RFPs, CRADA's OTAs, partner agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, etc.)


* Work closely with segment legal counsel to ensure compliance with the FAR, DFARS and other applicable regulations
