Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas is looking for a motivated Janitor to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do


* Facility Care: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, recreational areas, and bathrooms.


* Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, dust, and buff floors to maintain high standards.


* Sanitization: Deodorize and disinfect surfaces according to safety policies.


* Linen Support: Maintain a supply of clean, quality linens and inspect for damage.


* Waste Management: Efficiently remove trash and maintain windows and mirrors.

Qualifications


* Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.


* Experience: 1 year in a similar role preferred.


* Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mindset.


* Requirements: No certifications required.
