Receptionist

SUMMARY

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming, assisting and directing all visitors in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties and tasks may be assigned.



* Greets all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and maintain visitors log


* Ensure the professional appearance of the front lobby directing the flow of traffic


* Answers calls timely and professionally in a courteous manner to ensure calls are directed and/or escalated to the appropriate department.


* Manage meeting room availabilities and process meeting room requests for external meeting set-up


* Ensure the Board Rooms are clean and equipped at all times


* Ensure daily overnight packages are sent out each day


* Making and sending out name badges for employees


* Assist with sending UPS packages and reset UPS accounts for internal users


* Handle all building maintenance requests/complaints


* Receiving and delegating incoming shipments


* Maintain supplies for US Mail and UPS


* Update Employee Phone Directory (this includes the badge numbers & garage/dock access)


* Escort supply vendors from shipping dock to our floors (Canteen, Iron Mountain, Office Depot, UPS/FedEx)


* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.


* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.


* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
