* High school diploma or GED
* Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process documentation
* Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in forging operations (ring rolling, open-die, or closed-die forging)
* Familiarity with heat treating processes (quenching, tempering, annealing)
* Experience working within AS9100 or other regulated quality systems
* Experience with CNC or PLC-controlled equipment
* Overhead crane and/or forklift certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is based in a heavy manufacturing environment and requires:
* Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

* Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
* Comfort working in high-temperature, high-noise environments
* Working safely around heavy machinery and moving equipment
* Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Shift work, overtime, and weekend hours required
Salary Range: $20-25 /hour depending on experience
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
