Job Summary

You will work under the guidance of our nursing supervisors to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.


* Care Plan Implementation: Deliver care services strictly following the resident's established assessment and care plan.


* Clinical Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.


* Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to all facility safety protocols and infection control standards.


* Documentation: Accurately document care provided and resident responses in according to facility policy.

Qualifications


* Certification: Valid California CNA certification required.


* Reliability: Ability to work the PM shift consistently.


* Compassion: A genuine desire to work with the geriatric population and provide person-centered care.


* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
