Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Networking Solution Testing Manager to lead our testing efforts for networking solutions, including traditional and modern Layer 2/3 architectures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a deep understanding of networking protocols and architectures, and proven leadership capabilities.

This role involves developing comprehensive testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing customer escalations, and driving continuous improvements to ensure the delivery of high-quality networking solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

This role requires being on site in Roseville, California 2+ days a week

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage a team of networking test engineers, setting clear priorities aligned with organizational goals.


* Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive testing strategies for networking solutions, including traditional and modern Layer 2/3 architectures.


* Drive testing efforts involving protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN/EVPN, multicast, IPv6, and security policies.


* Coordinate network automation and AI-driven testing tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.


* Collaborate with development, product management, and cloud teams to define testing requirements and ensure high-quality releases.


* Document issues thoroughly, including reproduction steps and desired behavior, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and improve product stability.


* Assist in diagnosing and resolving escalated incidents for high-profile customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.


* Identify opportunities for automation, self-service support, and documentation enhancements to empower customers and streamline support processes.


* Stay current with emerging networking technologies, automation frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Networking, or related field.
