Summary

Coordinates Beach Services staff daily duties and requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Communicates effectively with subordinates, peers, Management team, non- guests, guests, and members,


* Promptly answers all incoming calls and accurately handles reservations and message taking.


* Takes beach party reservations and arranges parties or special services following set procedures.


* Confirms all party reservation requests received via voicemail.


* Provides quality service to members and guests that meets or exceeds expectations.


* Takes ownership of member, hotel guests, and guests’ complaints and concerns; and ensures that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

If unable to resolve problem pass information on to appropriate persons.


* Follows the procedures for the Guest list for beach parties.


* Ensures that labels and tags are place on proper equipment according reservations.


* Utilizes “Aggressive Hospitality” and enforces Club policies and procedures.


* Assists with trespassing violators or rule infractions, assists with ensuring that Club property (i.e.

towels, etc.) do not leave the...
