Job responsibilities


* Analyze client investment portfolios and structure securities-based lending transactions


* Price, risk-grade, and document lines of credit, term loans, and standby letters of credit


* Review and approve new deals, amendments, and annual reviews within credit authority


* Provide guidance to market partners on client needs and credit solutions


* Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management standards


* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client service


* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions


* Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks


* Support ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives


* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Three years of private banking, asset management, or credit/lending experience


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Good organizational skills and ability to work independently


* General understanding of financial markets and securities industry


* Ability to work well in an integrated team environment


* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
