Mechanic/Technician Truck Maintenance - What Will You Do?


* This is a 2nd shift position - hours are 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday.


* Complete general maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot and diagnosis of trucks and equipment.


* Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition.


* Complete work-orders and maintain accurate and timely records.


* Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite.


* Travel to various job sites and represent NESL with the utmost professionalism.

Requirements - Who We Are Looking For?


* Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.


* Minimum of Class C Driver’s Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).


* Class 7 PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment).


* Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.


* Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.


* Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".


* Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.


* Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.


* High School Graduate/GED.
