based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help maintain and evolve our existing PCIS (Project Costs Information System) platform, which supports complex cost control, finance, and construction-related workflows.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across frontend, backend, data, and Azure infrastructure-and who is motivated by solving real-world business problems through high-impact software.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and third-party contractors, acting as a primary system architect and technical lead for the PCIS platform.

What will you do:


* Contribute full-stack expertise to maintain and enhance the PCIS application, using Cursor AI as your primary development aid.


* Develop frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and component libraries such as Ant Design and ag-Grid.


* Build robust backend services using .NET 10, C#, Entity Framework Core, and CQRS patterns.


* Design and maintain REST APIs and background processing workflows using Hangfire and Azure Service Bus.


* Integrate with third-party platforms including Procore, DocuSign, Airtable, Qmerit, and Avetta.


* Implement ETL pipelines and data integrations across SQL Server, datamarts, Dynamics, and analytics platforms.
