Manufacturing Engineer

What will you do:


* Desgn & Developproducts labels and nameplates templates


* Create and configure new label tags within JDE and elated systems


* Coordinate with the design team to release new label models in JDE


* Verify that drawings, diagrams and mandual are correctly uploaded and controlled within the system


* Review W.O.

information to ensure accurate and compliant label printing


* Develop new label designs required for in-house production


* Perform maintenance tasks for label printers and orinting equipment


* Manage procurement of spare parts of labeling equipment


* Prepare and validate label samples for new projects and materials


* Maintain document processes


* Provide documnetation support for shippng, Warehouse and Customer Service for invoices


* Supervise Labels, Power Cable and Cable Programming personnel


* Develop and validate new nameplate and label template designs


* Assist with Planning and Customer Service with order details and labelinf requirements

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.


* Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Industrial Engineering skills (Time Studies and work measurement, Process capability Analysis, Production line balancing, Facility and Manufacturing Layout Design, continuos improvement and process optimization)


* Bilingual.


* Ability to read and understand product specs and BOM's.


* Well-developed oral and written communication skills.


* Ability to work as part of an integrated project team to tight timescales.


* Strong organizational skills to complete multiple tasks concurrently are essential.


* MS PowerPoint, Acrobat and Image Editing Software is a plus.


* AUTOCAD software is a plus


* ISO 9000 fundamentals.
