Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Liberty POST is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (Itinerant) for part-time and/or full-time employment to work with children who are birth-5 years old through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs.

Immediate positions are available in Rochester.

We employ over 500 professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  


* Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.


* Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.


* Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system.


* Proficient at writing detailed analysis and reports.


* Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations.


* Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE special education.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:


* Current New York State License and Certification in Speech Pathology


* Valid Driver’s License


* Minimum one year of experience in an early childhood setting

Pay Rate: EI


* Basic: $40-$46


* Extended: $54-$60


* Evaluation: $100-$115


* Basic Facility Rate: $32-$35

Pay Rate: CPSE


* Basic 30 minutes 1 child: $35-$42


* Basic 30 minutes 2+ children: $31-$38/child


* Basic 45 minutes 1 child: $45-$52


* Basic 45 minutes 2+ children: $41-$48/child


* Extended 60 minutes 1 child: $55-$62


* Extended 60 minutes 2+ children: $51-$58/child


* Evaluation: $95-$115
