* Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | PM Shift


* Location: Walnut Creek, CA


* Pay: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities


* Create a Great First Impression: Greet visitors, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.


* Manage Communications: Operate a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages.


* Ensure Safety Protocols: Support visitor check-in procedures to help maintain a secure environment.


* Provide Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and mail distribution.


* Deliver Excellent Service: Answer questions and guide visitors throughout the facility as needed.

Qualifications


* Prior experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred


* Strong communication skills and a professional presence


* Dependable and able to commit to a weekend schedule


* Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word) and comfort with multi-line phone systems
