Schedule: Full-Time NOC (11p-7a)
Pay Range: $19-$22 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trellis Chino, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

You will support residents with daily needs while contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals


* Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers


* Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition


* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents


* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment


* Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications


* Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required
