Job Description:

Responsible for architecting solutions that achieve customer business outcomes within a defined technical domain and across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as-a-service offerings).

This role will be primarily focused on HPE Storage and Data Services, including platforms such as Alletra, Primera, Nimble, GreenLake for Storage, and associated data protection, data management, and hybrid cloud solutions, in combination with relevant third-party software and integration components.

Develops and articulates compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals that align with customer business and technical requirements.

Provides technical expertise to sales teams and customers through presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops to drive customer engagement and mindshare.

Management Level Definition

Applies advanced subject matter expertise in enterprise storage, data services, and hybrid cloud architectures to solve complex business challenges.

Acts as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, influencing technical strategy and solution direction.

Exercises independent judgment and may mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep expertise in HPE storage portfolio and data services, including primary storage, data protection, and consumption-based models (e.g., GreenLake), along with a strong understanding of the customer's technical and business environment.

• Develops and delivers compelling solution proposals aligned to customer outcomes, ensuring both business and technical requirements are met.

• Quantifies business impact and articulates value (TCO/ROI), positioning solutions that align with long-term customer objectives.

• Translates outcome-based requirements into scalable storage and data architectures, including integration with hybrid cloud and third-party ecosystems.

• Provides technical leadership in customer engagements, including workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive-level presentations.
