Your Role: Operator, Fill/Finish (주사제, 경구제 충전 담당)

As the Operator-Fill/Finish, you will be part of the manufacturing team to deliver high-quality injectable and oral liquid products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing aseptic filling processes, equipment sterilization, and meticulous documentation to ensure product safety and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:



* Aseptic Filling & Operation: Perform filling in aseptic areas according to manufacturing instructions, including the safe setup, operation, and cleaning of filling machines, autoclaves, and sterilizers.

(제조 지시에 따라 무균 구역에서 충전 및 충전기, Autoclave, 건열멸균기 등 작동/청소)


* Sterilization & Disinfection: Responsible for the sterilization of filters, components, and bottles, and the disinfection/introduction of materials into sterile areas.

(여과 필터, 부품, 병 멸균 및 무균실 재료 소독/반입)


* Quality Inspection & Line Clearance: Conduct visual inspections (manual/semi-automatic) to remove defective products and perform line clearances to maintain production standards.

(육안검사를 통한 결함 제품 제거 및 라인 클리어런스 수행)


* Documentation & Recording: Accurately record the filling process and document information correctly in batch records and area logbooks.

(충전 공정 기록 및 batch record, 로그북의 정확한 기록)


* Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support troubleshooting of process deviations, perform preventive inspections, and assist in the revision of work-related SOPs.

(공정 일탈 조치 지원, 예방 점검 및 관련 SOP 개정)

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):



* Education: Junior college graduate or higher; Major in pharmaceutical engineering, engineering, technology or science preferred.

* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a GMP-related environment.
