Sonoran Front Desk Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all Sonoran reception desk staffing and operations to ensure the delivery of a high level of service and professionalism to members, guests, and teammates by executing the Desert Mountain values and service standards. 

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and professional with a passion for serving others and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Two years of previous supervisory experience; managing staff and operations in a similar facility preferred.

Customer service management experience in a resort, hotel, country club environment, with strong working knowledge of the health promotion and fitness industry.

Prior experience with high-end clientele is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
