Chase Wealth Management Select Business Manager - Vice President

As a Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Select Business Manager - Vice President in the Field Finance & Business Management team, you will partner with the Divisional Select Execution Leads (DSELs) to provide support as a strategic leader and primary point of contact for financial decision making.

You will provide strategic financial input to the CWM Select Executive Management team and key stakeholders, including members of the senior management team across the organization and reinforce the firm's business model for generating value and drive financial and non-financial results.

The Select Business Management team collaborates with the broader CWM Business Management team to support the field leadership team comprised of four Divisional Directors of Wealth (East, Central South, Midwest and West) and 29 Regional Directors of Wealth to provide financial reporting & analysis and act as a finance partner in managing the business day-to-day.

Job Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CWM Select Executive Management team, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive results
• As part of the CWM Select Business Management team, provide analytics and insights to assist the CWM Select Executive Management team to execute strategically and drive advisor productivity by assessing financial results and behavioral metrics
• Leverage a deep understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate the long-range plans of the division, assess the performance requirements implicit in these plans, and work alongside the Divisional Business Manager to execute
• Partner with Divisional Business Manager on the CWM business case and budget to identify opportunities to further scale the business and drive financial performance
• Establish and maintain lines of communication with key stakeholders (e.g., Field Leaders, Cross-Line of Business Leaders, Real Estate, Compensation, Supervision, Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, Business Development, etc.) in conjunction with the Divisional Director
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape; leverage industry expertise and competitive insights to develop thoughtful performance metrics that are aligned with the firm's priorities

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years relevant Financial Services experience
• Strong team player and change agent; passionate about partnering with Field leadership to grow a quality advisor organization
