 COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range.

We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.


*  Operations Analyst I - $57,200 - $70,060


* Operations Analyst II - $70,320 - $87,890

The Operations Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining the processes, procedures, and controls used by real-time Operations personnel.

This position ensures that all operational activities align with applicable standards, tariffs, protocols, and regulations—supporting the reliable delivery of electric service.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations Reliability, Engineering, and Market Administration, to support and enhance operational tools and processes.
