The County of Riverside's Human Resources Temporary Assignment Program (TAP) is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Temporary Development Specialist I to support the Workforce Development Department in Indio, California.

Incumbents will work directly with residents, contractors, and community partners in both office and field settings.

This position requires managing a high volume of paperwork, filing, and grant-related documentation.

The department seeks candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with grant-funded programs and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong computer skills are essential for tracking, analyzing, reporting, and communicating program data to upper management, while ensuring compliance with County policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
