As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the stage for an unforgettable 5-star dining experience, embodying the elegance and warmth that define the InterContinental brand.

Key Responsibilities


* A Warm Welcome: Greet and bid farewell to guests with a genuine smile and a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.


* Reservation Management: Efficiently manage bookings and organize seating arrangements to optimize restaurant flow and guest comfort.


* Guest Escort: Lead guests to their tables and present menus, providing a seamless transition into their dining experience.


* Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.


* Brand Ambassador: Provide accurate information regarding menus, ingredients, and hotel services, tailoring suggestions to guest preferences.


* Atmosphere Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and dining environment remain immaculate, organized, and inviting.


* Personalized Service: Assist with special requests and guest relations to create "True Hospitality" moments.

Qualifications


* Language Skills: Fluency in both Turkish and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with our international and local clientele.


* Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.


* Professional Presence: A positive attitude and a polished, professional appearance.


* Resilience: Ability to maintain high standards of service during busy shifts and high-pressure situations.


* Experience: Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or luxury dining sector is preferred.


* Eligibility: Only candidates holding Republic of Türkiye citizenship will be considered for this position.
