White Blossom Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team.

Position Overview


* Status: Full-Time, Benefitted


* Compensation: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour (Based on Experience)


* Available Shifts: PM and NOC (Overnight)


* Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation


* Location: San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.


* Monitor, assess, and meticulously document resident health conditions.


* Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and clinical team regarding changes in resident status.


* Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.

Requirements


* Licensure: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.


* Availability: Must be able to work PM or NOC shifts on a consistent 4-on/2-off rotation.


* Skills: Strong teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.
