Bilingual Spanish Lead Contact Center Administrator (Remote - New York)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and update work instructions and documentation.
- Review requests for clarification of work instructions.
- Support quality performance program.
- Assist with second level review of quality assurance disputes.
- Provide reminder suggestions for team huddles/chats.
- Assist with chat and nesting coverage, as needed.
- Assist new hires in the 60 day remediation plan.
- Assist with quality initiatives and special tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience.

- 1 year of New York State of Health (NYSOH) Lead Administrator experience.

- Must be able to read, write and translate fluently in English and Spanish.

- Must live within 100 miles of one of the New York offices (Albany, Rochester, NYC).

Home Office Requirements

- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).

- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
