Program Supervisor

This position provides clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts while maintaining a hands‑on presence in service delivery when needed.

You'll partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator and serve as a vital support during critical moments-especially within our COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Exton, PAProgram: COPE (Warm handoff program) & LETI (Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative)Salary: $52,000 depending on experienceWhat You'll Do


* Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to assigned program staff


* Support direct service staff during crises and critical situations


* Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses, recovery principles, and cultural competency in daily practice


* Deliver routine supervision and constructive feedback, including 90‑day and annual evaluations


* Ensure services meet best‑practice standards, licensure requirements, and contractual obligations


* Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation


* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incident reporting


* Build strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, payers, and agencies


* Assist with orienting and onboarding new program staff


* Utilize systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and MyEvolv effectively


* Promote fiscally responsible program operations


* Support program goals in alignment with agency mission, policies, and procedures


* Complete required training and professional development activities


* Perform additional duties as needed to support program success

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:One of the following:

+ High School Diploma plus 2 years of behavioral health experience and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
+ Strong understanding of recovery‑oriented and culturally competent care
+ Valid, non‑provisional driver's license
+ Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
