Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and well-organized Office Assistant who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is eager to learn, and can easily adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


* Providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to management in daily business activities



* Supporting planning and coordination of office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment



* Organizing, coordinating, and supporting internal and external meetings, including scheduling, invitations, meeting room setup, logistics



* Planning and coordinating business travel and related logistics



* Managing visitor coordination end-to-end, ensuring a positive and well-organized experience from arrival to departure, including communication and information exchange



* Handling business correspondence in Serbian and English



* Organizing business meetings, lunches, and related coordination activities



* Coordinating accommodation, transportation, and other logistics for clients and business partners



* Ensuring timely and accurate information flow between employees, clients, and business partners



* Supporting the planning and organization of corporate events and business-related gatherings

Requirements


* University degree (Bachelor's or higher) - all fields considered



* Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar administrative or office support role



* Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal



* Strong planning and organizational skills



* Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment



* Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
