Sales Manager Senior Living

Brookdale Dover is seeking a driven Sales Manager to drive community occupancy by guiding seniors and families through the senior living sales journey.
This role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting community outreach, and developing marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Results: Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals through proactive sales strategies.
* Guide Families: Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families, navigating them from initial interest to move-in.
* Build Partnerships: Develop local referral leads by networking with medical, financial, and legal professionals.
* Execute Marketing: Implement strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with community leadership.
* Manage CRM: Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience.
* Senior living or hospitality experience preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM/technology systems.

About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults - You'll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player - You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner - You'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
