Your Role as a CNA

Key Responsibilities


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff


* Respond promptly to call lights and assist with daily needs


* Support admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Assist with meal service, including distributing and collecting trays


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
